It's been a lucky day for flying.
I met the guy described in the post below.
Then, there was the UPitt Rhetoric professor that told me about a secret gallery of an italian watercolor paintings on the Pitt campus.
As well as another college girl, Lindsey, who happened to be deaf.
And her charismatic translator, Mary Beth. I talked to her the entire flight. She was incredibly sweet.
Such a good day. I’m always terrible at...
Dear Passenger 15D,
I would like to know your name.
You have very awesome wheelie shoes. (I didn’t know they made them for adults.)
And you have a badass titanium wedding band. Your girlfriend (sorry, fiance) is lucky.
(Also, thanks for not getting mad when I spilled Diet Coke on your jeans. I know you noticed that a little bit dripped off my folding tray table.)
Sincerely yours,
15F

Wow, I really needed a break.
Although, “break” is a loose term considering I’ve had to work in overdrive the beginning of the week in order to make time to go skiing. But still, Utah power was gor-ge-ous. I skiied Park City and Deer Valley resorts and wend to a seafood buffet last night. The seafood buffet was probably the highlight of the trip. (That’s only because I’m a total pig, especially...
My Inner Fashion Nerd
I spent the day looking up concept art from Star Wars, among other movies.
It was the best day ever. I want to draw clothes so badly now. Then, I’ll move onto futuristic battleships.
You’re not going to class dressed in THAT are you?

Overall, a pretty successful day if I do say so myself.
Why, my dear Watson, we've done it!
I saw Sherlock Holmes today for the second time. It was bloody brilliant if I do say so myself. Robert Downey Jr. = A+ The Movie = B+/A- Why? Robert Downey Jr. was fantastic. The movie itself was also incredible, although, it gets some points knocked off. Though the banter between Holmes and Watson was quite enjoyable, Robert Downey Jr. truly carried the film. Without him, the other characters...
Watson: "I'm not complaining! I never complain! Do I complain when you play your violin at three in the morning? Or set fire to my room?"
Holmes: "-our rooms-"
Watson: "Or experiment on my dog?"
Holmes: "-our dog-"
Watson: "THE dog. God! You're not human!"
Holmes: "No, no. I understand completely."
Watson: "I don't think you do."
Holmes: "You're overtired. And a bit sensitive."
Watson: "I'm not sensitive."
The view changes from where you are standing.

Trekkie At Heart
I’m a Star Trek fan. It’s true. Star Trek brings back memories of staying past my bedtime, sitting with my dad, and watching reruns of this crazy sci-fi show.
I’ve fallen in love with these wallpapers I stumbled upon while browsing Deviantart. They’re elegant and simple, something I can appreciate when I have five thousand icons on my desktop. And, needless to say, Chris...
A Very Potter Musical
I just spent the last few hours watching it, nearly in tears due to pure laughter. I don’t think I’ve found something that funny in a long time. I also believe that I’ve fallen in love all over again with Lauren Lopez’s Draco Malfoy and Joe Walker’s Voldemort.
Rating: A++
Watch it on Youtube.
And I leave you with some quotes:
Harry: Hey Draco. I’ll give you...
